Project Description:
This project involved the construction of a new aircraft hangar and supporting office facilities for Gum Air. The scope of work was focused entirely on construction-related activities and was carried out by TCF. The work included the execution of all concrete foundations, the pouring and finishing of floor slabs, and the fabrication and erection of the primary steel structure forming the framework of the hangar. Internal divisions were constructed to create functional office and support spaces, and the entire interior floor area was completed with high-quality ceramic tile finishes. Additionally, terrain development was carried out to prepare the surrounding area for operational use.

Outcome:
The project was successfully delivered within the scheduled timeframe and in accordance with industry standards for safety and structural integrity. The final result was a fully functional, durable, and aesthetically finished facility that met Gum Air’s operational and design requirements.
