Project Description:
This project involved the renovation and rehabilitation of police facilities located in Snesi Kondre Village, and was executed in two distinct phases. TCF was awarded both phases of the project following successful tender evaluation and client satisfaction from previous work. The total scope covered nine (9) facilities intended to enhance operational conditions for the local police force.
Phase 1 focused on the renovation of five (5) of the nine (9) buildings. This included structural repairs, internal upgrades, utility restoration, and cosmetic improvements to create a more functional and secure working environment for officers stationed in the area.

Outcome:
Following the successful completion of Phase 1, TCF was granted Phase 2 of the project, which began in December 2024 and was completed in March 2025. This phase addressed the remaining four (4) facilities, completing the full renovation scope.
